Returns/Exchanges
We offer returns/exchanges for regular (Non-Final Sale) items within 7 days of delivery with tags attached & in original unworn condition (restrictions apply).
To exchange, we ask that you return your item and place a new order. Buyer is responsible for shipping for both returns and exchanges.
- Please email us within 72 hours of receiving your item for instructions on how to return your item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 business days after we receive your return. We will only notify you upon completion of your refund. We kindly ask you track the delivery of your return to ensure it has been successfully delivered.
Returns may take up to 5 business days to show up on original payment, depending on your bank.
Final Sale Items are not eligible for returns.
FINAL SALE ITEMS (non-returnable) include: JEWELRY, SALE MARKED ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, FLAWED ITEMS, ITEMS IN WORN CONDITION.
Cancellations
Unfortunately order cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. An item purchased as a FINAL SALE item cannot be cancelled.
